Garnacha Tintorera is a native variety from these lands of Almansa and Murcia. This is the only grape that has dark red pulp. All others, even inks, or red are called, have light-colored pulp. There has traditionally been dominant variety and in recent years, it has regained its history, increasing its value for its authenticity, freshness and fruity capacity. Modern winemaking has shown that Garnacha Tintorera can be a blast of freshness and fruitiness.
